Descriptions: ➤ Manage the GSE team with attention and care while still able to provide great customer service
➤ Guest services staffing and supervision, including hiring, scheduling, performance management, coaching, discipline, and promotional recommendations➤ Enthusiastically interact with guests, i.e. greet them, provide assistance, and respond appropriately to guest inquiries and complaints. Ensure effective communication of customer interactions or feedback within the department. Calculate and report payroll and time attendance➤ Work alongside the GSE Team, perform any guest services functions as needed to provide guest satisfaction. Participate in management team meetings and training sessions

➤ Supervise GSE Team Members in performing their duties as required, including greeting guests, answering guests’ questions about the resort and casino, and assisting guests with any requests they have during the journey. Inform customers and potential customers about resort and casino products, services, promotions, and special events. Be able to provide information of product or service offerings to guests

➤ Assist and supervise all GSE Team members during escalated situations, resolve guest’s issues and complaints with empathy and a focus on guest satisfaction, and promptly report such issues to Director of Casino VIP Services and VIP Services Supervisory Team

Requirements: ➤ Minimum of one year experience in shift management or above in a slot or casino operation, or two years experiences supervising an effective team within a gaming environment or managing a team in a non-gaming environment. Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English & Vietnamese.
➤ Ability to speak Chinese, Korean or Japanese a plus. Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills and enjoy interacting with guests whilst looking for service opportunities .Must be able to lead and get along with co-workers as a team. Be able to influence and inspire through optimistic communication.➤ Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift. Have flexibility to cover shortage when needed.➤ Must be able to be patient with customers, handle conflict professionally and think proactively
