Descriptions: ➤ Meet, greet and provide exceptional customer service to VIP Guests. Arrange hotel, transportation, spa, restaurant and golf reservations when needed. Provide hotel room check in and check out for special groups➤ Work with IM hosts to ensure VIP amenities are provided for the satisfaction of our VIP guests➤ Provide assistance with player card reprints, new sign ups and account maintenance, ensuring that all information is current and updated. Promote casino amenities by educating the qualified guests on special events and services available on property

➤ Answer all inbound calls to the hotline or your duty phone and return all guest phone calls within a timely manner. Ensure any guest complimentary issued are in accordance with casino guidelines

➤ Have the ability to understand, analyze and evaluate customer play information in order to make sound business decisions

➤ Assist in handling all guest issues/problems and report all incidents to Management in accordance with policy and procedures. Manage the transportation reports on a weekly/monthly basis

➤ Respond to all guests inquiries, requests or complaints in a courteous and timely manner

➤ Maintain working knowledge of hotel availability, qualifying criteria, room rates, room types, package plans, info on all food outlets and hours of operations in order to advise guest should they have any questions. Held accountable for the thoroughness and accuracy of departmental records and reports

Requirements: ➤ Possess 1 or more years of supervisory experience. Excellent customer service skills➤ Manage a team effectively and lead the group through training and leadership skills➤ Must maintain confidentiality with customer information and pertinent HTRC data

➤ Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy

➤ Must be able to communicate in English fluently (written and spoken). Ability to speak Chinese or Korean languages a plus

➤ Resolve guest issues and customer complaints when issues arise

➤ Work varied shifts, holidays and weekends. Must be accessible 24/7 to provide support to the team
